Things to know before you book...
Booking Your Service or Styling Package

Styling Services

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This is applied to your final invoice which you receive a week prior to your styling session. All services are required to be paid in full prior to your service date.

Styling Packages

All styling packages are required to be paid in full prior to your start date, with the exception of those on payment plans.

Payment

Cash and all major credit cards accepted, checks, Venmo or Zelle. Gift certificates available and can be applied towards any styling service or package.

You will be invoiced via Square with an invoice receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a 50% service charge. A lot of time is spent carefully booking clients, often times months in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling causes a disruption in business and can affect other clients. With 48+ hours notice you may reschedule your styling session and your deposit will be applied towards that or styling package fees applied. If payment is not received one week prior to service, or styling questionnaire and required documents are not received one week prior to appointment, your styling service will be cancelled and you are charged for the service.

Refunds
All styling services and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Travel
Services are not inclusive of parking fees. Travel exceeding 45 miles round trip will be charged at 95 cents/mile plus the cost of tolls and/or parking and are also subject to additional hourly fee. If flight and/or hotel (inclusive of dining) expenses are incurred to style you, those will be separately invoiced to you.
